We're often told not to focus on the result, that the process is its own reward. To focus on the outcome is seen as a weakness. Caring about it is a blemish on the purity of the journey we've set out on. But, let's be honest, we can't help caring. Because innately, if we work hard to get somewhere, we must care about the result, goal, and destination. So, maybe the problem with focusing on the process is equal to focusing on the result itself. There is a rush to move towards an endpoint, and let's be honest, as tense as it might make us, it also gives us a dose of adrenaline.

I call your newsletters - catalyst because time and again them have helped to take the required action. Hence I am excited to read your book and just like you I have marked my calendar as well 🙈.
