I've been journaling from start of the 2020, sometimes it got irregular, but I kept coming back to it.

Few things I've learnt:

1. It made me HAPPIER. When you have those conversations with you don't just find answers to your question or make sense of thoughts but also celebrate your victories and pat your back.

2. It made me resilient: I've observed I can move on faster if only I address my grievances whole-heartedly and in detail. Many people never take time and suffers.

3. It held me accountable: I'm more often than not I'm my own boss guy - and nobody gets to tell me what to do. But extremes are always not worth it - Holding myself accountable made me a better person.

4. It again made me a better writer: Everything I write including this comment I write with the spirit of writing it perfect. That means whole sentences with precise cohesion & coherency.

PS: Honestly bhaiya, it's always a pleasure to talk to you even in comments. Thank you for always acknowledging and replying. :)
