In this episode of The Happiness Lab, Dr Laurie Santos, who is a cognitive scientist and Professor of Psychology at Yale University, tries to analyse burnouts from an emotional and mental point of view.
The best way to deal with burnout is to acknowledge that it is happening to you, identify the symptoms and take the required steps to combat it. I’ll share the three tell-tale signs we may often overlook owing to our busy lifestyles.
